When enrolling, you will first complete the online training course and then you will advance to the group coaching tutorial class. Within the group coaching class, you will receive feedback and learn how to adjust to the new training structure.
After successfully adapting to the new learning format, you will be assigned an exclusive coach we you will receive the following:

Module #1 - Creating the correct training structure
We show you the exact type of training experience that you need to gain, where to find a mentor and how to create the correct training structure for success.
Module #2 - Alignment with ECSA requirements
We provide you with an in depth discussion of the TWO RULES that need to be followed so ECSA will approve your application. We also provide you with a questionnaire that helps you identify which work experiences you must include and which work experiences you should omit in your reports.
Module #3 - ECSA Outcomes
We dedicated a full module on how to clearly demonstrate ECSA 11 outcomes though real life examples. I will be sharing examples that got myself and many other candidates ECSA registered.
Module # 4 - Getting you ECSA registered
We will run through everything you need to about about writing your TER, TEO and Engineering report. We share mistakes that gets your application rejected before ECSA even read your report.
Bonus Module # 5 - Experience that ECSA want to see.
No other training organisation will give this to you. We are going to share with you report examples that other engineers have used within the industry. Q: How do I access the course and how do the monthly group coaching strategy sessions work?
A: Once you subscribe to our training course, a user account will be immediately created.
Once you complete your details, you will be immediately be granted access to all the online course content.
All content is presented in a video format so you can review the content as many times as you like and at a time that is convenient for you.
All you need is a computer or cellphone with internet connection to immediately access your training.
Once you have completed the online training, you are immediately enrolled in the monthly group coaching webinar sessions. A trainer will contact you and guide you through the process.
Q: How do the payments work?
A: When you initially sign up, the first payment will be processed on your credit card. The monthly subscription amounts will then be processed every 30 days thereafter.
Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: A 30 day written notice period is required for the cancellation of your monthly membership. This letter can me emailed to michael@myengineeringcoach.co.za
Terms & Conditions
Training schedule: All group coaching session are scheduled at the end of each class and are normally held every two week. Non-attendance of any coaching calls will be forfeited for that particular month.
Value Added Tax: M&Y Consultants and Trainers are not a VAT registered company and all prices are exclusive of VAT
Refund Policy: The buyer has 7 days from placement of order to request a full refund of payment. Thereafter, all payments are non-refundable
Cancellation of membership: A 30 day written notice period is required for the cancellation of your monthly membership
Suspension of account: Your account can be suspended for a maximum period of 3 months. A reactivation penalty fee of R 1490 will be charged to reactivate your account.
Responsibility: M&Y Consultants and Trainers provide guidelines and mentoring on how to become professionally registered. Our training does not however guarantee professional registration as the final decision is dependent on council and out of our control. Therefore, we can not be held liable for any loss of income, loss of time or any other liability that may result due to the failure of your application as a professional.
