What we Do
We help you become ECSA registered one step at a time
The process can be divided into 5 unique training phases:
Phase 1: Obtain your tertiary qualification from an institute that is recognized by ECSA.
Phase 2: Register as a “candidate” with ECSA and then obtain work experience.
Phase 3: Understand ECSA competency standards and then align work experience with ECSA requirements.
Phase 4: Report all work experience to ECSA in the form of a report. A minimum of 3 years’ experience must be reported to ECSA.
Phase 5: Apply all training and experience in the industry as a Professional.
How we do it
We guide you through the 5 phases one step at a time, from candidate to professional in three years or less
Most candidates who contact us have 5 common problems:
- They need a mentor to guide them through the various training phases.
- They don’t have a structured training program with set goals.
- They don’t know ECSA requirements and how to clearly demonstrate competence.
- They’re unsure what work experience to report and which forms to complete.
- They don’t know what is required in the professional review.
The starting point to overcome these obstacles is to set small achievable goals every day.
So here is your first accomplishable goal for the day.
